Client Portal

For each of our clients, we create a personal portal.   We automatically email an invitation to invite you to create your personal portal with your own username/password.  This allows you to take photos of your tax documents and upload them to us using your own computer, smartphone, iPad etc. as long as the device can access a browser.

Whether you are using your computer or mobile device,  your tax documents can easily be sent to us securely saving you time and simplifying your life.

To Get Started:

1. Contact us at support@aligaenaccounting.com.
2. After we receive your contact information, we will send you an invitation to create your own your personal portal.
3. Login to your personal portal and fill-out your Profile information (see Profile tab).
4. Upload copies of your tax documents or take a photo and upload using a mobile app for your device (see Files tab).
5. Go thru our tax questionnaires (see Questionnaire tab) to provide us with any additional information for your return.  When questionnaires are completed and all tax documents are loaded, we can start on your tax return.
6. We use a messenger system (see Messenger tab) within your personal portal to communicate directly with you about your return.  We will ping you via email to notify you that you have messages in your personal portal.
